Where all my label whores at? Ideeli.com

Ok, my little label whores. Here's a dress that I can write about and a label you love.

Just Cavalli is giving it away over at Ideeli.com This dress originally retailed for over $500 but is now on sample sale (you know the new term for retail) for $190.

Could this be RC's merch from season's ago. Whichever-Whatever. A jersey dress will work any time.

With Summer on it's way, you might as well be prepared. The empire waist and plunging neckline are signature style strategies over here in my style camp.

Plunge- because we want to see your dessert tray. Empire cuz you can let your tummy breathe. Everyone wins.

Add these bright fun colors of majenta and yellow and you're good to go. Don't EVEN think of buying both. K?

Style tip- If you've got great legs cut this dress above your knees. Use any old scissors, fold the dress in half - Cut. Jersey rolls- you can never make a mistake.

Double style tip- Too much exposure for your girls. Wear a triangle bikini top for more coverage and dimension.

Triple style tip- Want to wear color but you were told it's not your palette? Cut color with neutral colors. Ivory, cognac, chocolate brown. All those color therapists-just tell them to kiss my ass.

Final style tip- When temperatures are sky high, body issues diminish. Whatcha gonna do, it's too damn hot.

Same goes for color. When it's hotter than a pug panting for a popsicle, that's your cue to pile the color on.

Time to get tied up-Free People

I'm soooo excited. I blogged about Pour La Victoire a few weeks back and guess what? I was with THE fabulous Vanity girl herself Maxine T at Bloomingdales. I saw my post sitting there in real life. Yep folks it was as good as it was in the pic. Remember that fantastic paltform with the ivory kilt on top? I felt like I had just met one of my long lost children. (Not that I have any mind you.)

What made me such a proud blog mommy is that it was over $275 bucks, sure with the Bloomies discount it would come down BUT it was not at the sample sale price that I wrote about=$110 bucks. Whose your momma now?

Cut to, today's blog post yipppeeeeeee. Pour La Victoire is in da house again. On sale de coups. is that of course in French? i hope.so. This little gladiator style sandal with boa snakeskin, the real thing I might add can be worn with laces around your leg in several different ways. You know mommy wouldn't be blogging about it if didn't. My new child's name is Naomi, go check her out over at Free People before someone else adopts her.

Style tip-Free people shows this sandal with a black legging. Liquid yoga gold is not trending as much, if you're wearing gold throw more urban colors in. Always a standby favorite of mine, Army Green.

Double style tip-What's on your toes? Make sure your pedicure is fresh with these sandals? Not too dark, not too light, perhaps chocolaty brown.

Sample Sale Pick- Friday-March 20th

Hey Now! Pour La Victoire Baby! That means, for the victory, at least that's what my 4 tragic years of high school french are telling me. Anyhoo enough about my terrible translation. Pour La Victoire is the brand, Ideeli.com is the sample sale site and for $110 bucks, the bells are whistling.and here's why.

I'm not a devotee of the platform/thick heel but absolutely plan on returning in my next life with legs of death. Many of you j'adore a thicker heeled shoe versus a skinny stiletto. This posts for you.

I coined the term. It's so wrong it's right.

Let's dissect:

FIRST-The ivory skin tone suggests legs for days. The pop of yellow, purrfect for your very first day of Spring.

SECOND- the natural heel with ivory upper, these two design aspects are friends.

THIRD- Yellow with the golf kilt embellishment (I soo LOVE) their friends. Think golf shoes

2 against 2- Matching without matching.

THIRD-The kilt anchors the eye, the yellow creates the tonal difference between the heel, while the ivory leather mixed with the Dior style platform says- Yes! Yes! Yes!

Wear these shoes when you're ready to get checked out, picked up and complimented on your golf meets girl sassiness.

Boys LOVE shapes they can relate to. Even the ones you married and/or shacking up with.

Who says- When you're wrong you aren't right?

Style Tip- Have you picked up ONE of the latest shoe shapes for this season? More worried about clothing first? Let it go. Shoes walk further in your wardrobe budget than clothing any day of the week.
